French classes in Delhi NCR

Set against that institutional weight, most individual learners booking classes in Delhi NCR are still Express Entry applicants rather than embassy or Thales staff, and the region's large diplomatic and consular community adds a steady trickle of people preparing for a France-facing posting or a visa interview rather than a corporate transfer. The French Embassy's own presence in Delhi, alongside the national Campus France desk that works out of the Institut français en Inde, is also why study-in-France counselling is concentrated here even though the city's own exam seat is TCF Canada rather than a student-visa test.

Alliance Française de Delhi, based on KK Birla Lane near Lodhi Estate, states on its own site that it conducts only the TCF Canada examination, run as a computer-based test with four modules, and does not offer TEF Canada. Travelling for TEF Canada instead means Chandigarh or Lucknow, both closer to Delhi NCR than the southern or western cities that run it.

A posting-driven learner in Delhi NCR is usually working to a harder, externally set deadline than an Express Entry applicant, since a visa interview date or a transfer window does not move the way an exam booking can, and that changes how a course gets sequenced from the first week rather than only near the end.
